The Brief
Dr. Kian Karimi is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon known for rhinoplasty and deep-plane lifts. His site has one job: let the credentials, results and philosophy speak clearly enough to justify a consultation.
The Challenge
Elective surgery is a high-stakes, research-heavy decision. Prospective patients arrive with fear and a dozen open tabs; the site must answer clinical questions while feeling personal, not corporate.
The Approach
Procedure-level pages, surgeon-forward imagery and credential proof are organized so that every path — from first curiosity to booking — reinforces expertise and calm.
