The Brief
Omix Therapies provides speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and pediatric services. The audience is parents in a stressful season; the site's job is to inform without overwhelming and make the first call easy.
The Challenge
Parents arrive worried and often referred, carrying clinical terms they've just heard for the first time. Jargon builds walls exactly where the clinic needs bridges.
The Approach
Each therapy is explained in plain language with what evaluation and progress actually look like, warm real-world imagery lowers the temperature, and the phone number never leaves reach.
What Makes It Work
